Welcome to Saddle & Sirloin!

Saddle & Sirloin is a student organization at UW-Madison for students interested in beef, sheep

pigs and horses. Members enjoy educational outreach, service activities and social events. Our

organization builds camaraderie among students interested in the animal sciences and offers

valuable learning and leadership opportunities.
