World Beef Expo
Saddle & Sirloin contributes our services every
year to the World Beef Expo at the Wisconsin State
Fair Park. This event gives us the chance to prepare
for our Badger Kick-Off Classic in December by
getting members familiar with show procedures.
Haunted House
Hosted by Saddle & Sirloin, this two-night Haunted House offers ‘spook’tular fun for families and students! Don’t be scared, come join the fun!

CALS Day for Kids
Saddle & Sirloin, along with other campus student
organizations, come together to educate area
fourth graders about agriculture.
The Saddle & Sirloin booth allows kids to get up
close and personal with lambs as they learn
about the sheep industry.
